Project: Qualified Environmental Professional Services to Perform Community-Wide Brownfield Assessments. Project Location: Potential brownfield locations in Gateway ADD s service region of Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, and Rowan. Proposal or Quotes Requested for the following work: Gateway Area Development District (Gateway ADD) will be accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to serve as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for implementation of its EPA Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant. Services will include, but are not limited to, coordination with Gateway ADD and EPA Region 4; completion of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; preparation of Sampling and Analysis Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP); ACRES reporting; and support for cleanup and reuse planning activities across the Gateway ADD five-county region.
