Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research Purposes Only
Brief Scope: Design and construct a permanent party Barracks utilizing modular construction to the maximum extent practicable to accommodate 250 Soldiers.
Target Price Range (TPR): The Government has established a Target Price Range (TPR) for construction between $99,628,420.00 (the strict CCL) and $110,698,420.00 (the estimated Construction Budget), within a total Programmed Amount (PA) of $125,000,000.00.
Solicitation Estimated Date: Nov-Dec 2026
Projected Award Date: The Government targets the formal award of the potential Agreement Phase 1 (Design and Preconstruction Services) on or about Third or Fourth Quarter of FY27.
Period of Performance (POP): Approximately 1000 calendar days following the potential execution of the Phase 2 Construction modification.
