VDOT intends to award a Contract to a qualified provider of vehicle diagnostic services to provide bundled (loaded on one device) Original Equipment Manufactures Diagnostic Software (dealership level). The Contractor shall partner with VDOT to enhance its ability in suppling a superior level of fleet management and equipment maintenance services using the highest quality diagnostic tools and products at the most competitive prices available.
