1. Introduction

To support acquisition strategy development and assess commercial marketplace capabilities, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking interested sources capable of designing and constructing a finished pre-engineered metal storage garage at the Boise Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). This Market Survey is issued in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1 to solicit statements of interest and capabilities.

2. Project Description & Scope of Work

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mobile Asset Program, has a requirement to design and construct a finished pre-engineered metal storage garage (PEMB) at the Boise Air Traffic Control Tower (Gowen Field). The new facility will serve as an unstaffed equipment storage building to house and protect large mobile equipment trailers. Specific work items and technical parameters include:

The anticipated performance schedule is ninety (90) calendar days / twelve (12) weeks from the issuance of the official Notice to Proceed (NTP). The award will be made under a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract structure.

Therefore, it is imperative that all interested companies submit all requested information. Companies that fail to provide the required documentation will not be considered further. The Government is not responsible for, nor will it reimburse, any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of responses.
