SOL DBB 96101 Due Date: Closing On: 7/8/25 12:00 AM Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the CM Building Roof Replacement project at Northern Virginia Community College, Annandale Campus, Project Code # 260-B3260-053 (M23NV119) located in Annandale, Virginia. The project is generally described as replacement of the low slope roofing systems with a new 2-ply modified bitumen roof assembly and the removal and replacement of the areas of steep slope standing seam metal roofing. PLEASE NOTE: For shipping/mailing, use Suite 390; for hand delivery, use Suite 200. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 P.M. sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 2:00 P.M., on the following day, Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the same location.
