The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol, Swanton Sector, Fleet management branch requires the ability to quickly return government vehicles to service. The Contractor shall repair repair automobile frame and body damage and return unit to operational status to accomplish CBP's Mission.
This is an RFI released pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 - Market Research. This RFl's purpose is to obtain market information on viable sources of supply, industry practices, answers to specific questions, and industry comments. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI will be treated as business confidential information. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is confidential. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey; responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
