The City expects the selected firm to assist in developing and promoting the job announcement, managing the application process, and conducting candidate assessment through the hiring decision. SCOPE OF WORKThe successful firm will assist in developing the position announcement and publicizing it nationwide across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to, traditional media, social media, and direct solicitations.
