The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) Laurel Warehouse is located at 8660 Cherry Lane, Suite #32 Laurel, MD 20707. This requirement encompasses end-to-end order fulfillment and support services, including: warehouse and distribution operations; print design and small-scale promotional printing; website design, development, maintenance, and technical support; customer contact center operations; customer account management; and inventory and financial reporting. The Contractor shall perform all services in English, support multiple communication channels (telephone, email, and written correspondence), and execute all tasks with minimal Government direction in accordance with the statement of work.
