This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to these sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The Fayetteville VAMC located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC, 28301 is seeking potential sources capable providing Annunciator panels and installation services. Potential vendors should be capable of installation of new Annunciator panels in the nurse s workstation areas in buildings CLC 71 and CLC 73. Contractor will install all necessary wiring, equipment and materials required to accomplish the following services. Vendor will supply and install (2) NFPA 110 rated Annunciator panels (RSA III), (4) Modbus ethernet converters (GM41143-KP2), and SiteTech software for (2) PCs. Vendor will supply and install all required cabling/wire from the Generators to the ATS cabinets with the existing ¾ conduits located in buildings. Vendor will supply and install ¾ EMT conduit, junction boxes, compression fittings and all other materials necessary to create a raceway for the required cabling/wire inside the buildings. Raceway will start in ATS Cabinets and will be routed above ceiling, through the corridor s ending at the nurse s workstation area. The RSA III annunciator panels will be installed in this general area within each building: to be flush mounted. Any smoke/fire barrier walls that are penetrated will need to be repaired in accordance with NFPA 101 Standards. Vendor will make all wire terminations/connections at generators, ATS cabinets, junction boxes and annunciator panels. Vendor will install SiteTech software at both (2) PC locations and verify proper connectivity and operations. Vendor will start each generator engine to verify proper operation of new annunciator panels, testing alarms and lighting.
