These receptacles and outlets are in addition to the existing receptacles/outlets. The contractor shall also provide CAT 6 data cables and electrical wiring to each outlet along and install a VA furnished wall cabinet. The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to replace the floors. This is a turn-key request with the contractor providing all the elements and performing all the work. Work is composed of, but not limited to, management and performance of construction period services, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, including general construction, structural, fire protection, hazardous material removal (if any), thermal and moisture protection, finishes, scheduling, quality control, inspection/testing, environmental protection, recording (As-Built) drawings, and project closeout. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a size standard of $19 million dollars. IAW FAR 36.204(b), the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The approximate Solicitation issue date will be mid-June 2025. The approximate response due date for quotes will be mid to late July 2025. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to bring all necessary personnel, inclusive of subcontractors, tooling, and materials necessary to the pre-bid site visit. The government will NOT be providing paper copies of any solicitation, solicitation attachments or annexes, specifications, or drawings.
