Z -- Z2DA--Power & Data for Wall Cabinets SOL 36C24625Q0698 DUE 06/17/2025 at 04:30PM -04:00 POC Aaron Holmes, aaron.holmes@va.gov, tel:No phone calls please.Power and Data for Wall Cabinets Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to release a Solicitation for Construction Services to furnish and install 120V Duplex Emergency receptacles and Tele/Data outlets with cover plates in thirteen (13) patient rooms in the recently renovated 4C unit of the Central Healthcare System in Richmond, VA. These receptacles and outlets are in addition to the existing receptacles/outlets. The contractor shall also provide CAT 6 data cables and electrical wiring to each outlet along and install a VA furnished wall cabinet. The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to replace the floors. This is a turn-key request with the contractor providing all the elements and performing all the work. Work is composed of, but not limited to, management and performance of construction period services, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, including general construction, structural, fire protection, hazardous material removal (if any), thermal and moisture protection, finishes, scheduling, quality control, inspection/testing, environmental protection, recording (As-Built) drawings, and project closeout. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors) with a size standard of $19 million dollars. IAW FAR 36.204(b), the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The approximate Solicitation issue date will be mid-June 2025. The approximate response due date for quotes will be mid to late July 2025. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to bring all necessary personnel, inclusive of subcontractors, tooling, and materials necessary to the pre-bid site visit. The government will NOT be providing paper copies of any solicitation, solicitation attachments or annexes, specifications, or drawings. The government will NOT be reimbursing any costs associated with attendance or quote preparation. NOTE: No email, fax, or telephone inquiries will be answered as a result of this announcement. No other information regarding scope, dates, etc. will be available until issuance of the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
