PROJECT NO./TITLE: 546-24-119, Bid-Build (BB) Services, Replace Roof in Building 7 at Miami VA Medical Center The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement to provide construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary for the construction of all the elements to Replace Roof in Building 7 at Miami VA Medical Center in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other specifications. Work Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125. Estimated Target Completion Period: 240 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204 (f)(1), the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238160 Roofing Contractors. This is a bid-build project/solicitation that will use trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. There will only be one phase.
